If your chassis has a Pcie lock then remove the lock first and then remove the rear bracket one by one from your chassis. Most of the GPU require to remove either one or two rear bracket but if your GPU require more you have to remove more rear bracket. Now check if your motherboard Pcie-slot have any clip for your GPU, if yes then open the clip before placing your GPU. Now align the GPU according to the notch with the motherboard Pcie-slot and press down the GPU gently into the slot. Ensure the clip automatically hold the GPU into the place and screw the rear bracket to hold the GPU with your chassis. Now connect the cables from your PSU ( Power Supply Unit) to your GPU. Ensure to attach the Pcie lock of your chassis if your chassis have one. Now reattach the side panel.
