The answer to this question is simply it depends. When it comes to motherboard, it is one of the vital components of a pc. You can play almost any games in your pc if you have good CPU and GPU and a decent amount of ram, but if you choose your motherboard wisely then you could enhance your gaming. For example - you could simply use a motherboard that only support one GPU or you can use a motherboard that supports both SLI and Crossfire also you can choose a motherboard which has extra slot for capture card to record your gameplay.
